Cindy celebrates 25 years in the Insurance industry in 2022. She began her career in 1997 with an Erie Insurance Agency
where she earned her Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance licensures. She came to Roger Snyder Insurance in 2005
and in 2011, she partnered with Roger’s daughter, Georgiana Snyder-Leitzel to form Roger Snyder Insurance LLP.

With the untimely passing of Georgiana in November 2021, Cindy assumed the responsibilities of the Agency. Her
endeavor is to build on the strong foundation established by Roger Snyder by modeling his commitment to providing good
service to his clients and the community. She wants to honor the memory of Roger and Georgiana by making sure that
Roger Snyder Insurance LLP always reflects integrity, character and good judgement as they move forward.

Cindy has an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, the Life Underwriter Training Charter Fellowship (LUTCF)
designation, the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation, and the Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. She
loves learning and continues to take classes in the field to enhance her knowledge and better serve her clients.

Cindy was born in Central Pennsylvania, but lived in New Mexico and California before graduating from Dell City High
School, Dell City, TX in 1986.  She married life long area resident of PA, Skip Benner and settled in Millerstown.  Together
they raised two boys -Justin and Cole who are now grown and have wives and children of their own.

She is a member of New Harvest Community Church in Millerstown where she helps lead the Children’s Ministry. She is a
member of the Perry/Juniata Penn State Alumni Association, and a member of the Richfield Women’s Club.  Cindy loves to
travel and her favorite activities include fishing, hiking, hunting, swimming and volleyball.  But time spent with grandkids
(Colton, Jade, Natalie, Madison, and lil Justin), family and friends is her greatest joy!!
