Cindy celebrates 25 years in the Insurance industry in 2022. She began her career in 1997 with an Erie Insurance Agency where she earned her Property/Casualty and Life/Health Insurance licensures. She came to Roger Snyder Insurance in 2005 and in 2011, she partnered with Roger’s daughter, Georgiana Snyder-Leitzel to form Roger Snyder Insurance LLP.   With the untimely passing of Georgiana in November 2021, Cindy assumed the responsibilities of the Agency. Her endeavor is to build on the strong foundation established by Roger Snyder by modeling his commitment to providing good service to his clients and the community. She wants to honor the memory of Roger and Georgiana by making sure that Roger Snyder Insurance LLP always reflects integrity, character and good judgement as they move forward. Cindy has an Associate’s degree in Elementary Education, the Life Underwriter Training Charter Fellowship (LUTCF) designation, the Certified Insurance Councilor (CIC) designation, and the Certified Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. She loves learning and continues to take classes in the field to enhance her knowledge and better serve her clients. Cindy was born in Central Pennsylvania, but lived in New Mexico and California before graduating from Dell City High School, Dell City, TX in 1986.  She married life long area resident of PA, Skip Benner and settled in Millerstown.  Together they raised two boys -Justin and Cole who are now grown and have wives and children of their own. She is a member of New Harvest Community Church in Millerstown where she helps lead the Children’s Ministry. She is a member of the Perry/Juniata Penn State Alumni Association, and a member of the Richfield Women's Club.  Cindy loves to travel and her favorite activities include fishing, hiking, hunting, swimming and volleyball.  But time spent with grandkids (Colton, Jade, Natalie, Madison, and lil Justin), family and friends is her greatest joy!!

Troy is a 1991 graduate of Middleburg High School and attended Sun Area Tech for small engine repair. He was employed by Cherry Hill Hardwoods for 20 years. In 2011 he joined Roger Snyder Insurance LLP and earned his Property and Casualty Insurance license. Troy became a Partner with Roger Snyder Insurance LLP in 2021. He is currently studying to take the Life Insurance license exam. Troy is very active in the Fire and EMS service. He is a volunteer with Richfield Fire and Ambulance, Delaware Township Fire and Juniata Wildland Firefighters. He is Assistant Chaplain for Richfield Fire Company and Vice President of Juniata Wildland Firefighters. He now takes pride in his son Zachary Leitzel who is following in his footsteps in community service. Zach is a licensed EMT working with FAME EMS in Lewistown and often volunteers with several local fire companies. These life experiences, his profound knowledge of the area and his a background in farming, gives Troy a unique perspective on the needs of clients. And his family roots in the area have given him a lifelong commitment to the community and now this business. Troy enjoys visiting PA State Parks, camping, putting puzzles together, tinkering around the house and working on old engines. He is a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Richfield and lives outside of Cocolamus with his son Zach.

Bria is a 2008 graduate of East Juniata High School and attended Empire Beauty School, graduating in 2011. She began working at the First National Bank of PA in 2012 where she remained until coming to our agency in May 2015.  Bria passed her Property and Casualty Insurance test in December of 2015 which makes her licensed to assist clients with their auto, home, and business insurance needs.  Bria’s computer skills helps enhance the agencies ability to progress as technology continues to evolve. Bria is a lifelong resident of Richfield. She enjoys shopping and spending time with her family and friends.  In her off time, you can also find her scooping ice cream at Cruiser’s Café.

Justin, the eldest of Cindy’s two sons, grew up between Liverpool and Millerstown and is a 2006 graduate of Greenwood High School. In 2010, he graduated from Penn State University with an Associate’s degree in Wildlife Technologies and a Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Science. He spent 13 years during and after college conducting wildlife management in Pennsylvania, Alaska, Virginia, and New York while working for the USDA’s Wildlife Services. In 2019, Justin earned his Life Insurance license. He earned his Property and Casualty Insurance license in 2022 shortly before joining the Roger Snyder Insurance Agency team full time later in the year. Justin is an avid hunter and fisherman and will be more than willing to chat with you in the office about whatever sport is in season while he is making sure to find you the best possible Home, Auto, Business, and Life insurance options. He is extremely excited about coming to work for the agency and servicing the people in the area that he’s always called “Home”.

Tara is a 2001 graduate of Middleburg High School. She began working at Companion Animal Hospital/Paws Inn in 2022 where she remained until 2007. While working at Companion/Paws Inn, she started another career at Leidy/Brenners car dealership in 2004. She remained with them until 2017 when she decided to devote her time to being a full-time stay-at-home Mom. In May of 2023, with her youngest son turning 5 and soon entering school, she joined the Roger Snyder Insurance family. She passed her Property/Casualty Insurance license in November 2023 and is now fully licensed to assist clients with their auto, home and business insurance needs. She is originally from the Kreamer area, but moved to Richfield after marrying her husband, Dan. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and in her off time, you can find her at a soccer field watching her kids play or helping coach her youngest son's soccer team.
